My ex-company migrated to SAP Business One from an in-house system, and we had a terrible experience with it. While it did give the management better insights on cashflow, it was way too tedious for the ones keying in the expenses.
SAP Business One is supposedly good if you are just 'plug and play' but the costs will spiral with every additional customisation and user, so be mindful.
