How to detect fake reviews?

I suspect some reviews on my competition's site are fake. I asked chatgpt and it recommended me some websites that I can try. But how do I know if they are not false positives?

You can't. AI simply looks for certain keywords that real vs fake users tend to use. But that can be rather subjective. It also spot for certain traits like poor grammar. But then again, real users can make grammar mistakes. Use these tools for an inking not for a definitive answer
